Terroir and vineyards of the René Bouvier estate


Since 203, Domaine René Bouvier's viticulture has been carried out with the greatest respect for Mother Nature. Working the soil, green harvesting, manual sorting... Everything is done so that the vines can reveal their full potential. Determined to preserve biodiversity, the owner is committed to protecting the Marsannay appellation. At the time of writing, he is also President of the Marsannay appellation syndicate.

Domaine René Bouvier is behind more than 20 appellations in Côte de nuits. Les champeaux, Combe aux moineaux, Les fuées, ... A plethora of local wines make up the domaine's wine list. The production is essentially composed of red wines, all of which include Merlot. A few white wines are occasionally produced by Domaine René Bouvier.
