Winegrowers from father to son: close to Auxerre, CHABLIS is halfway between Dijon and Paris. The Vocoret family has been cultivating vines for four generations. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone slopes, and today cover 42 hectares, where the most famous Chablis crus are carefully harvested. In the cellar, vinification remains traditional, and bottling takes place exclusively on the estate. The estate's wines are marketed worldwide.
