In a few words ...
A blend of carefully selected plots. The grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, the juice is placed in vats for 24 hours of static settling under temperature control. The clear juices are placed in vats or oak barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aged on fine lees with stirring of the lees, the frequency of which is adapted to the characteristics of the vintage. Wines are bottled after filtration and fining if necessary.
