Ruby-red color. Aromas of red berries, evolving towards prune and undergrowth with age. Solid, well-established tannins on the palate, prolonging the aromas with persistence. With a good structure, this cuvée can be cellared for ten years or so. It goes well with red meats and game birds. Open two hours before serving. Serving temperature: 16-17 °c
