Santenay Blanc is produced at Com- mes-Dessus, near Santenay Beaure- gard and Santenay Commes, on the east side of San- tenay, 500 meters from Chassagne Montrachet. Its south-east exposure is ideal for a Chardonnay. This wine is very pleasant to drink when young, and can be kept for around 5 years.
