The winemaker

Since 1969, the ambition of the House Soutiran is to discover through its wines all the richness of exceptional terroirs. Thanks to the quality selected grapes, to that of our assemblies, we develop character champagnes, complex wines with a strong personality. The legacy of the family know-how, combined with the love of gastronomy led us to seek originality without ever betraying the terroir. Just like a chef who carefully chooses his ingredients and transforms them with talent; we develop our champagnes with the same passion, selecting the best wines, to create unique sparkling wine as the Black Pearl or Rosé "of Bloodletting". Consumer enthusiasm, confidence and recognition of professionals of the press are much encouragement that for the future, motivate us to continue on the path of singularity.
