Patient and powerful, the rivers of the Aube region have delicately shaped the limestone plateaus of the Bernard Gaucher champagne house. As a result, they have become gorged with water and, in turn, nutrients.
To meet the demands of the soil, the craftsmen of the Bernard Gaucher vineyards have carefully selected their grape varieties. On their soils, only Pinot noir and Chardonnay are allowed.
Connoisseurs, Bernard Gaucher and his associates produce champagnes to please even the most discerning palate. Rosé brut, demi-sec, Magelie rosé, ...
