The winemaker

The vineyard covers more than 4 hectares facing south, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the traditional way according to the principles of sustainable agriculture. The house offers six highly aromatic cuvées with precious blends. Among them, Cuvée Laetitia is the first Cuvée de Prestige from Maison H. Billiot et Fils, to be tasted for exceptional moments.
