The winemaker

We grow our vines on 4 hectares spread over 70 eighteen plots all located in our village as ideal exposure south, we have the chance to be on all of our wines, Grand Cru but also pure Ambonnay. The planting of the vines is about 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, all the work of our plots is done in a rational way, always with a commitment to quality and respect for ancestral in environmental methods. (Tillage, pest management, foot size in Chablis method ...).
