The winemaker

Jose and Benjamin know their vineyard and terroir in every corner! Year after year, season after season, they live to the rhythm of vegetation and continuous observation of their vines. With all the wisdom and patience of winemakers to create unique champagnes. Based on the experience of several generations of winemakers, they chose methods of rational culture and do not hesitate to take calculated risks to maximize the quality of production. Jose Benjamin and limit the use of treatments in the vineyard work. They claim as their difference and their commitment to developing sustainable viticulture. The vineyard Boude Baudin is composed of vines aged 1 year to 56 years, 56% Pinot Meunier, 28% Chardonnay and 16% Pinot Noir worked carefully and manually. Every year we conduct soil testing to bring to the vine the right amount of food, we practice green cover to protect them from erosion and many other things that are found in the quality of the harvest and of course the Champagne tasting Boude Baudin.
