This new house is intended creative, the champagne know-how and more. The group is supported by winemaker Elizabeth Sarcelet, Cellar Master that gives sparkling Castelnau all the time to develop (between 6 and 10 years). Champagne de Castelnau has 149 crus spread over nearly 900 hectares of vineyards located on the best terroirs of Champagne.
