Champagne terroir of Champagne Christophe
A classic Champagne terroir, with very chalky soil that allows drainage giving Champagne its distinctive mineral aspect, Christophe cultivates and farms a vineyard of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay: these two grape varieties typical of Champagne wine enable him to create numerous cuvées.
Champagnes Christophe
From the humorous "50 Nuances", with its lemony nose and white fruit flavors, to "Pur'", a frank and delicate 100% Chardonnay champagne, the cuvées are eclectic. The discreet "Cuvée impériale" gains in subtlety after aeration. A "Brut tradition", 100% Pinot Noir, will have an immediate and powerful taste.
