The winemaker

Produced Ay, near Epernay capital of champagne, champagne Henin Delouvin is steeped in history. The history of Henry IV, King of Navarre, who was the first to produce wines of Ay, whose reputation has since made that tenfold.  The village of Ay benefits from 100% Grand Cru appellation, which can not claim that 17 villages. Now, Henin Delouvin, happy owner, fashions wines made from three Champagne grapes: Meunier, the Black Pinot and Chardonnay.  Of the 7 hectares of vineyard, the winemaker instead of key importance in environmental and traditions at every stage of the composition of its Champagne.
