The winemaker

The field is located in Marinette Raclot Baroville, near Troyes, in the Côte des Bar. Exploitation of 7.5 hectares is managed by Sébastien Harand. The winemaker has always ensured that each step in the making of these wines is carried out on site by a farming. The house grows two varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Sébastien Harand and designs of gross Champagne and wine specially created for the birth of his daughter, Matilda, giving its name to Champagne. This wine is also adorned with a photo of Matilda different each new vintage.
