In Écueil, in the Marne department, 4 hectares of vines are cultivated with a profound respect for natural balance, using preventive methods. This approach, which prioritizes the conservation of Mother Nature's qualities and varieties, results in the creation of authentic, highly nuanced wines. The SAVART range includes L'OUVERTURE (100% Pinot Noir), LE MONT BENOIT, an extra brut made from a clay-limestone terroir, and EXPRESSION, made from completely aged Pinot Noir vines.
