The winemaker

It wasn't until 1978 that Domaine Warnet decided to process its own grapes. Previously winegrowers only, they added another activity to go with their ideology. Because yes... Before being sparkling beverages, Warnet champagnes defend a concept: that quality comes from the fruit of the earth. On this chalky soil, the craftsmen manage to grow exquisite Chardonnays. Their secret? Sustainable agriculture, no chemical inputs and south/southeast exposure.
