Winemakers for several generations, my brother and I have taken over the family estate in Celles sur Ource, in the Côte des Bar region, where we grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a little Pinot Blanc. Our estate is certified organic and is in the process of obtaining Demeter certification for biodynamic viticulture. The winemaker

Winegrowers for several generations, L&S know-how begins with their ancestors... As a child, Sébastien still remembers long walks with Etienne, their great-grandfather, as he taught him to listen to and feel nature in the midst of the vines. Lucie especially remembers the plant magician who cured her many childhood ailments with herbal teas and applications. They also describe Richard, their father, as the family enthusiast. A lover of wine and nature, he taught them to respect their vineyards: "Flora and fauna are precious indicators of the health of our soils and the balance of our vines"; but also to vinify each plot separately to respect their identity. So, after various studies and experiments in the world of wine, Lucie & Sébastien naturally embarked on the organic adventure as soon as they returned to the farm. Today, they cultivate their 5 hectares of organic vines: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a little Pinot blanc. It is with great pleasure that they will introduce you to their Champagnes, the fruit of an exceptional terroir, the Côte des Bar, and of their love for vines and wine. The estate is certified organic and is in the process of obtaining Demeter certification for biodynamic viticulture.
