The winemaker

Located just outside the picturesque village of Morsiglia, Domaine Pietri was created in 1768. Dominating the small fishing port of Centuri, it is transmitted from father to son. This property which has seen generations of centenarians is now led by the daughters of Eugene Paoli man of value and friend, who left us last year. Attached to the spirit of family and tradition initiated by their father continues his descent since the production of these bottles qualified "rare" by Philippe Faure-Brac, World's Best Sommelier 1992. Resolutely turned towards the future, the area that has received expert advice from Jean Marc God for this capagne 2011 nevertheless continues the tradition by keeping the wine-making methods for the old Muscat, Rapu and Impassitu. Harvested as late as possible, Muscat is spread on "teghje" (slate) before being pressed. Superbly aging cellar and wine of 1200 m2, the Pietri Domaine welcomes you to its tasting room.
