The winemaker

The estate is a reflection of the Jura region's renewal. A family business par excellence, the estate was founded in the early 40s by Désiré Rolet. Bernard and Guy look after the vines and winemaking, while Pierre and Eliane are responsible for marketing, each working with respect for the finality of the winegrower's craft: the passion to obtain the quintessence of the grape, depending on the vintage, knowing that wine is already made in the vineyard.
