Domaine de Cazaban's Cabardès is a blend of Syrah and Merlot with a lovely crimson-red color and purple highlights. It has a lovely bouquet of ripe black fruit, cherry and plum. On the palate, it has a complex, taut, finely balanced texture. A natural accompaniment to red meats, lamb or game.
