The winemaker
Château Haut Lignières is located in the heart of Faugères, in a former 19th century coaching inn, a few kilometres north of Béziers.
This quality winery makes it possible to vinify the 12 hectares of the estate located on the Cabrerolles terroir, composed of mourvèdre, carrignan, cinsault, syrah and grenache. The work in the vineyard follows the principles of sustainable agriculture with entirely manual harvesting and a useful treatment of the fruit.
