The winemaker

The Aguilem Clos covers 6.7 hectares. The vineyards between land and sea, is located below the Larzac. The area was born from a common passion between friends in 2015. Jean-Charles Auffret, Jerome Bouquet and 16 other friends then founded the field. The winemakers rely on the authenticity and know-how to design their wines: it limit inputs, manual advocates viticulture and minimum intervention on the land.
