The winemaker

For it was their passion for the divine juice of the vine that led Christine and Nicolas Dornier, both oenologists, to create Clos des Vins d'Amour in 2004, in partnership with Laurence and Christophe Dornier. This estate, in the heart of the Maury terroir, 30 km from Perpignan, is made up of three islands with different exposures. Grenache blanc, gris, noir and carignan, vinified on their own or blended with syrah or mourvèdre, give rise to Maury appellation wines, dry and sweet, marked by the minerality of the schist soils in this part of the Roussillon vineyards.
