Castelmaure, southern frontier in the heart of the Corbières. In the 80s, the 70 members of the old cooperative began by asking themselves questions about their vines: which terroirs? Which grape varieties? Finally, for greater rigor, the entire vineyard was inspected and catalogued. Each plot is monitored individually by a technician. With a constant concern for the environment and consumer health, the grapes are harvested by hand, in small bunches to preserve their potential. In the cellar, the team has not hesitated to surround itself with renowned oenologists such as dominique laurent, michel tardieu or marc dubernet, with a single objective: to bring this precious earth to life at the bottom of every glass, of every bottle bearing the castelmaure label.
