Pure and powerful, Moural de Salomon is our prestige cuvée. Vinification of a selection of Syrah in cold pre-fermentation and vinification of Syrah in oak barrels. Blended, then extracted and aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. All our passion and know-how are concentrated in this Haute Couture wine. The cultivation of the vines, the selection of the berries, the blending of the vats: nothing is left to chance, and it's a veritable work of goldsmiths that our team carries out every year to produce this cuvée of excellence. The black diamond of its dark, sparkling color reveals all the southern opulence of this legendary cuvée. The finely oaked nose reveals unparalleled complexity and elegance, blending stewed fruit, black olive and hints of laurel. The palate is balanced, aromatic and concentrated, with a slightly spicy finish. The wine's silky, mellow tannins are long and full-bodied, promising a promising future for this wine of character.
