The Bernard Magrez signature is the guarantee of the commitment of a great owner, who for 40 years has focused all his determination and energy on the quality of his wines. This signature is also supported by a national and international media campaign, making Bernard Magrez the leading wine advertiser in France. Hand-harvesting, mechanical destemming and sorting of grapes, fermentation by grape variety in stainless steel tanks, pumping-over and delestage, pre-fermentation maceration at T° 12° for 3 days. Total maceration time 20 to 25 days, Aged in barrels for 1 to 2 wines.
