The winemaker

The Domaine de Courbissac: a vineyard at altitude

The Domaine de Courbissac site is both historic and natural. Situated at an altitude of 200 meters on clay-limestone foothills, the estate's vines are planted on a Mediterranean terroir where different crops and climates blend together. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed as is.
