The winemaker

The exceptional exposure of the Domaine de la Clapière enables it to produce a large number of different grape varieties. Their know-how enables them to concoct unique blends, some of which have won awards. A case in point is the excellent red cuvée Le Jardin de Jules, silver medallist at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. The Figuerette, a skilful blend of Chardonnay, Marsanne, Petit Mansin, Roussanne and Viognier, offers floral and fruity aromas on the palate, typical of the finest Languedoc crus.
