The winemaker
Jasse means shelter in Occitan. The plane tree of the field now aged 110 years, has protected for years to sheep, and inspired the creation of the area of the logo. The vineyard was planted in the years 1960/1970 on scrubland clearings, free from any culture. The field of Jasse is located on a land situated between the Pic Saint Loup and Terrasses du Larzac, in Combaillaux Languedoc, about 15 km from Montpellier. The area is characterized by hand sewn wines produced mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon, grape king area, consisting 70% of the vineyard. The vineyard stretches over 32 hectares in one piece.
