The winemaker

It is in a 17-hectare farm on shale Saint Nazaire de Ladarez, the land of wild rabbits and wild boar, are born these wines that will surprise you with their fine aroma and perfect accompaniment to your most dishes refined. Our wines bodied and long on the palate, slightly woody are vinified traditionally. Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah are varieties of this vineyard shales, grown flank very sunny slopes. For two generations, we work the vineyard with the right sense of Terran respectful of its environment. For us, the love of our country and freedom are priceless. We receive you in our wonderfully shale rock vault in which to enjoy our old vintages.
