The winemaker

Ownership of Parce, Jean Michel Presides at present the destiny of the finest vineyards in this department. Drs Gaston and then André Parcé, gave at the time, the pulse at the Domaine, by the representation of wines from Banyuls and Collioure, with the leading restaurants. Currently Jean Michel, guarantor of the family tradition continues to make wine and breed since 1976, dry wines of Collioure appellation and the sweet wines of Banyuls appellation in respect for tradition passed.
