We apply our know-how to the magnificent terroir of the commune of Montpeyroux. Montpeyroux 34150 is a village rue, built on a natural passageway between the lower Hérault plain and the Larzac plateau. The village's old houses are typical of the harsh local economy. Very early on, men used this site at the foot of the Larzac foothills as a last resting place before heading for the center of Gaul. Under the watchful eye of the château, they gradually established a wine-growing economy well protected by the cool, healthy mountain winds.
