The winemaker

A multiple terroir for a well-tended vineyard

Located in the Saint-Chinian appellation, the estate is spread out in an original way on the hillside. As a result, the plots are situated between 100 and 300 m above sea level. This staggered layout allows for gradual, controlled harvesting, with the grapes picked when ripe. Craignant, Grenache and Mourvèdre make up the bulk of the grape varieties.

The wines of Domaine La Madura

The richness of the terroir is expressed in two red wines: a grand vin, beautifully complex, with interesting ageing potential, dark to the eye, aromatic and silky; and a classic but very interesting and distinctive wine, also with great complexity, a rich gourmet aroma and freshness on the palate.
