The winemaker

The area the spinning top was born in 2012 in southern France, 25 km from Perpignan and the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, in the heart of Catalan country. The vineyard produces wines of appellation Cotes du Roussillon, Côtes du Roussillon Villages and Maury. Nestled at the foot of the peak of Canigou, the foothills of the Pyrenees, the area the Spinning extends its 10 hectares on land Fenouillèdes near the village of Maury. It is on this land that Jerome COLLAS, agronomist and oenologist, chose to become a winemaker, to go through with his passion for wine ..
