The winemaker

Despite the relatively small surface area of Domaine Madeloc, the schist soils enable a rich and varied production of quality grape varieties. A variety of white and red wines are produced. Of particular note is the AOP Collioure Rouge Serral, an intense, mouth-watering wine made from a blend of Grenache noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes. For white wines, we recommend AOP Collioure Blanc Tremadoc, a blend of Roussane, Grenache gris and Vermentino, giving it a floral taste that's highly appreciated as an aperitif.
