The winemaker

The realization of a longstanding project and a thunderbolt to the land of Villespassans, located on a limestone plateau 250 meters southwest of the appellation, are at the origin of the creation of this area in 2006. The estate covers an area of ​​9 hectares composed of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. The plots are scattered around the village on soils ranging from red clay gravel for the dolomitic harmonious assemblies. The vines are trained in viticulture, without chemical weeding, phytosanitary treatments are limited to a minimum, this for the sake of respect for nature and allow the wine to best express the taste of the terroir. The harvest is entirely manual. The sorted grapes are harvested in small box of 25 kg to avoid crushing and quickly brought to the cellar to avoid sun exposure.
