The winemaker

North of Beziers in the Languedoc Roussillon, stretches the vineyard appellation Cru Saint-Chinian. At the heart of this region of the natural regional park of Haut Languedoc, one discovers Rimbert field. The winemaker, Jean-Marie Rimbert is working with passion vines since 1996. Jean-Marie Rimbert is not a native, he grew up in Provence, and brought with him his expertise. The 28 hectares of vineyards are on hillsides. The winemaker cultivates traditional varieties, Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvedre Syrah also. He managed to impose its own method to develop fruity wines and moderate alcohol.
