The winemaker

The estate, located north of Béziers, has been in organic production since 2018. I work my 13 hectares of land with family and friends, respecting human and ecological values that are reflected in each of my cuvées. The Languedoc's predominantly limestone terroir and sunny climate enable me to work with local grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Muscat, as well as less typical varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, which bring originality and diversity to my wines. These grape varieties can be enjoyed on their own or as a blend in my various cuvées. My wines are convivial, gourmet and authentic.
