The winemaker

The estate was founded in 2006 by the acquisition of the Mas and different parcels making up the vineyard. The field South Winds composes a range of 8 wines produced with the diversity of varieties as Grenache, Carignan, Shiraz and muscat, and the soil. Wines are shaped without external yeast and no sulfites or artificial inputs. The ambition is to design the most unique natural wines possible, the culture of the vine to develop in the cellar.
