The winemaker

Our belief is that the Roussillon in Provence, the most talented of French vineyards is still unknown: our wines should allow fans to discover the extraordinary quality and richness of these regions through a range of wines from the best terroirs. Save Mediterranean power, maintaining balance and freshness while respecting the character of each appellation is our goal for each of our wines. Thorough knowledge of vineyards and wineries is the basis of our business: we visit each year hundreds of fields to select only the best grapes and the best juice. Most often, they come from the vineyards of piedmont, more temperate, and it is not uncommon for the oldest vines are centenarians. It was after this long selection process we organize our assembly tastings and determine the most suitable breeding options.
