The winemaker

I grow old vines: carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah. The geology of the plots is complex, with limestone, schist and volcanic stone. I cultivate 2 hectares of old vines, mainly using massal selection. I don't work my soils, but nourish them by mowing them once a year and leaving plenty of grass. My yields are low, but I try to intervene as little as possible and produce quality juices.
