Grands Crus and Grands Vins du Languedoc from the vineyards of Pézenas and Nicole, in Montagnac, make up this range, complemented by varietal wines with distinctive character. Château Paul Mas comprises 2 sites: the château, its 25 ha vineyard in Conas and a 27 ha vineyard in Moulinas, near Pézenas, the winery and 80 ha of vineyards in Nicole, near Montagnac.
