It is on the banks of the Hérault, at the foot of Château Paul Mas in Pézenas that the legend of Vinus heron began. Grands Crus and Grands Languedoc wines from the vineyards of Pézenas or Nicole, Montagnac up this range, supplemented by varietal wines with a strong character. Château Paul Mas consists of two sites: the castle, vineyard of 25 hectares in Conas and a 27-hectare vineyard in Moulinas, near Pézenas, cellar and 80 hectares of vineyards to Nicole, near Montagnac.
