Mireille and Pierre Mann founded Mas des Caprices in an exceptional, unspoilt environment. The estate stretches from the Leucate plateau to the schist soils of the Corbières. This former restaurateur couple, both children of winegrowers and passionate about working with vines, embarked on a daring adventure by taking over a vineyard in the Fitou and Corbières AOCs. They began by converting the estate to organic farming, and then worked hard to offer an accomplished range of high-quality regional wines and vins doux naturels.
