The winemaker
Mas Haut Buis vineyard
When strolling through the 14 hectares of Mas Haut Buis, it's not uncommon to come across a 70-year-old vineyard. That's right... Carignan and Syrah have long been grown on this land. To produce white wines, Roussanne and Chardonnay have also been added. Benefiting from the fertile soils of the Larzac terraces, the vines produce juicy, full-flavored grapes. The resulting wines are, of course, unforgettable...
The wines of Mas Haut Buis
Mas Haut Buis' signature red wine is Costa Caoude. Made from Grenache and Carignan, this wine is fruity, deep and slightly airy. A wine for laying down, it improves with age. In terms of white wines, Mas Haut Buis offers a bold proposition: Agrunelles. Sleek and straightforward, these white wines are breathtakingly fresh.
