The winemaker

I am the son and small winemaker's son, from a very young age, my father made me share his passion and love for the work in the vineyard and wine. This is a beautiful family story that I wanted to follow. But I had to do this seriously. That's why I chose a career path and I graduated in 2013 Conduct and Management of Agricultural Operations. Eventually, I built my cellar, made my first wine in 2014 and my first bottling in 2015. Nicolas Mas is on the Faugères appellation, amid the shale where Coudougno bloom flora of the garrigue and Quince (whose flower is the emblem of the logo "Nicolas Mas"). It is a great satisfaction for me, because this year's hard work and passion materializes and leaves room for a rosé, a white and a red.
