In a few words ...
Harvested at night to preserve all the grapes' natural aromas. Aging of half the blend in new barrels for 12 months: to work on the wine's aromas and structure. The wood gives the wine tension and freshness on the palate. The other half of the blend is aged in vats to preserve the intensity of the fruit.

The superb color, with its deep, dark, black highlights, is immediately appealing.
Aroma
A real enchantment of complexity, it offers a palette of aromas such as peppery vanilla, morello cherry and prune, complemented by notes of black tapenade and chocolate.
