The "Les Cailloux Blancs" cuvée comes from the Livinière terroir, ranked highest in the Languedoc region. Using a traditional method that preserves the terroir's typicity, the hand-picked grapes are destemmed. Hand-punching is carried out daily, with a long maceration. Each grape variety is vinified separately, in order to master the particularities of each. Aged 3 months on very fine lees in vats, then 12 months in French oak barrels.

Dark garnet color.
Nose of candied black fruit.
The wine is round and well-balanced.
On the finish, you don't feel the 15% alcohol, which coats the tannins to give them a very pleasant mellowness.
