Made from young vines planted by Vivien when he set up, the 2014 is the 1st vintage of this cuvée. Making white wine in Minervois, a dream for Vivien, an ''Utopy'' (ie) for many others... In depth, it needs time to settle in and lets us imagine its terroir, its potential and what these vines will be able to transmit in a few years' time.
Beautiful elegance and finesse for this cuvée.
