A wine made from a plot selection of our best old vines. With a base of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, this is the wine that best represents the Château. With notes of black fruit, it's a rich, delicate wine. Gourmandise rubs shoulders with power, all with surprising subtlety. A rib of beef is a perfect accompaniment. Unquestionably a great wine from the Saint Chinian appellation.
