Clos Bagatelle's Cuvée Donnadieu is a red Saint-Chinian blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan, with a beautiful crimson color and an explosive bouquet of peony, raspberry, plum and black pepper. The palate is concentrated and complex, with fine tannins. This Languedoc wine is the perfect accompaniment to leg of lamb on the spit or partridge.
