Organic wine certified by Ecocert Traditional manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, traditional vinification. Aged in oak barrels, traditional cork stopper.
"Grenache in the spotlight, complemented by Carignan and Syrah, in this generous red whose prodigious nose declines black fruits against a background of oak (vanilla, cinnamon and smoky notes). Same intensity on the palate for this dense wine, seriously structured by powerful yet coated tannins that frame a concentrated, juicy (black fruits, spices) and fresh finish. A solid constitution and promising sensations for the future".
